Lying in a small square near Lake Geneva and the upscale shopping area, this café is well demanded both at lunch and dinnertime (check the opening hours, but it usually is one of the restaurants that closes the latest in the city). It is a perfect spot for relaxing, enjoying delightful food and people watching between strolls around town. We had some pork ribs cooked for hours in a thick sauce that was simply amazing, as well as a mushroom risotto that was very good as well. For dessert, a selection of mouth-watering cups of fruits, creams and ice creams was most satisfying. We tried strawberries with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, and it was so good it eliminated any possible feelings of guilt and we left Café du Centre feeling a little happier.
