Eduardo Martinez and Leonor Spinoza are “the” chefs of the hour in Colombia, known for their ability to combine indigenous ingredients into a bistro style cuisine. Our orders were amazingly good, lobster carpaccio with olive oil followed by rice and shrimps with onions and bananas. Try the colozo juice, a Colombian fruit found only on the coast and in Bogotá.
