The group started out as a catering business but soon expanded their line and today have restaurants and even hotels. In Vienna, visit the branch across from Vienna Cathedral, Stephensdom. Request a window seat with views to the cathedral, so you can appreciate the beautifully colorful mosaic rooftop, famous all over the world. Our experience was excellent as the food was as delicious as the ambiance was pleasant. We ordered salads for starters, the burrata one being particularly tender, as well as a tasty lentil soup, followed by the typical wiener schnitzel and the very European sole fish à la Meunière. We did not go for desserts as we’d reached our calorie count on the famous Sacher pie, but the menu options looked very tempting.
