Alma

“The” place to go in Geneva nowadays, a see-and-be-seen venue with a young clientele and a lively scene, the perfect background for some amazing food and probably the best cocktails in town. Decorated in wood, with white and sea blue tones, the restaurant serves Peruvian dishes (a worldwide vogue), as well as some minor appetizers from other Latin countries. Guacamole with crispy chips, ceviches and empanadas were shared in our group, followed by some amazing grilled octopus, a type of salmon carpaccio and meat risotto. Dulce the leche ice cream was the dessert that made everybody smile and go “Hummm”. The barmen are hard at work preparing one cocktail after another, simply because they are delicious and translate the essence of the house. The Alma Mojitos and Pacha Machas were divine, refreshing and balanced, but we would bet you could try any on the list with Peruvian Pisco in the recipe and you will not regret it!
