A  boutique hotel with very cool design and décor, right on Kantstrasse and just one block from quiet Bleibtreustrasse with its small shops, charming cafés and restaurants. We have also stayed at Sir Albert hotel in Amsterdam, owned by the same group, and quite enjoyed it as well. The staff at the Savigny is really friendly and attentive, which will likely make you feel most welcome. The hotel is small, authentically boutique, with a central reception and lobby area, where breakfast is served in a communal table by the kitchen, surrounded by books in a library style. There is a delightful meat restaurant with an open-plan kitchen, called The Butcher, serving fine hamburgers and other meat dishes. There is a small and lively bar and an outside terrace with a huge grafitti wall, particularly attractive on nice days. The rooms are small but comfortable with large beds, they follow the hotel’s atmosphere with a cool décor, but if you need more space try one of the suites.
