Located only blocks away from busy shopping streets like Corso or Condotti, busy piazzas Spagna and del Popolo, and we loved the fact that it is just away enough to enjoy some quietness whilst still being close to the sights. Located in elegant Via Margutta, this luxury boutique hotel was recently opened and feels brand new, with its stylish décor of light wood and mosaic floors, a marble Reception and a striking staircase (a detail, but we were quite taken with it). Margutta 19 is a modern cozy boutique property, with only 16 rooms. Breakfast is served at a small contemporary restaurant at the back, which has a lovely small patio and a delightful levelled garden, ideal for drinks before dinner on breezy summer nights or some divine Italian red on cooler evenings. Rooms are very spacious in relaxing neutral tones, parquet floors, some with large sitting rooms. The beautiful rustic marble bathrooms have everything you may wish for a comfortable stay. Try one of the suites facing the patio and garden, quite spacious and lovely.
