Hotel Unique

Within close proximity to Ibirapuera Park, this property was designed by renowned architect Ruy Ohtake. The building has a modern abstract shape resembling a ship (or amusingly a sliced watermelon), quite striking at first glance. The entrance lobby is spectacular, with plenty of natural light, contemporary décor and modern art. The rooms and suites are white themed, with wooden flooring, round windows and high tech fixtures, such as remote controlled drapes and curtains. There is a beautiful spa with experiences intriguingly named “dream red” (romantic), “dream purple” (spicy) and “dream blue” (relaxing). In the Lobby you will find The Wall, a large yet welcoming hotel bar, featuring an enormous vertical wall adorned with bottles, which sits next to an interesting library containing books on design, art, fashion, architecture, music and photography. The hotel restaurant, Skye, is excellent and none of our meals disappointed: from elaborate main course dishes to pizzas and snacks, all were delicious and beautifully presented. Right next door is a busy rooftop bar with an inviting red tiled swimming pool and magnificent skyline views of Ibirapuera Park, a very enticing spot for photographs.
