With pristine waters and a rocky cove (sea coves are beloved by Croatians), you can spend your days sunbathing and swimming during peak sun hours and leave the Old Town strolls for late afternoon. One of our top picks in Dubrovnik, the Bellevue has intermediate rates and yet offers five star hospitality. The hotel’s modern décor and inviting atmosphere is felt throughout its premises, from common areas to the guest accommodations. The bedrooms, decorated in wooden motifs, are all a good size and very comfortable, including the standard options. It is worth booking a larger room with balconies for the mesmerizing sea views, that will likely make your stay even more special. Vapor, the excellent in-house restaurant, serves delicious breakfasts and delightful candlelight dinners, over breathtaking views. The staff is attentive and we found them most helpful in organizing day trips, boat rides and dinner reservations.
