The Neue Galerie with its Austrian and German collections has become quite popular after Women in Gold (watch the film before your trip) since the museum holds some famous Gustave Klimt`s works. The Met Breuer was recently acquired from Whitney by The Metropolitan and is devoted to contemporary art, with a full array of exhibitions, performances and educational programs. Also visit the Guggenheim not only for the great modern art exhibitions but also for the impressive building by the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
