Do you want to try famous Adriá without booking a table months in advance at any of his starred restaurants? Disappointingly, El Bulli has permanently closed and, rumor has it, it was because Adriá could not stand the restaurant’s fame anymore. Do not despair, however, as you can now enjoy the more reasonably priced Tickets, but not without making a reservation, since it is as demanded as the iconic Adrià’s restaurant and some of its most sought after dishes are there. This bright and colorful restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and the young friendly staff add to the experience. When you first step in it almost feels like you are at a market, admittedly a bit confusing. There are two dining rooms and several stations scattered around, each responsible for serving different dishes. There is a seafood bar, a molecular food area, a cocktail area behind curtains, all very unique. It is actually a fun experience coupled with what we found to be the best possible groundbreaking food.
