Soufflés are so French, non? And the ones at Le Récamier are considered the best in town. Do not go if you are in a hurry, as soufflés take time to cook to perfection (see the original version of the film Sabrina with Audrey Hepburn)! We voted the airy mushroom soufflé as most flavorful one, the cheese soufflé was also delicious and from the sweet side of the menu of course we recommend chocolate soufflé, it was fantastique! All soufflés are served with a side sauce. The menu has plenty of other dish options as well, but its soufflés are the specialty. The ambience is quite simple with bookshelves and modern decor, where you will probably feel at ease. The staff could be friendlier but the delectable soufflés do make up for it.
