Kiki’s

Tucked away in the northern part of beautiful Agios Sostis beach is a charming rustic tavern that has become an institution in Mykonos. Reputably one of the best meals on the island, Kiki’s is a perfect way to end your afternoon after spending some time on the beach. There is a high probability of a wait for a seat at one of the few tables, as this greatly demanded venue does not take reservations, but the owners serve fresh lemonade to appease your palate. The main event is the large grill where cuts of meat and fish are cooked to perfection. But before you order the house’s famous pork chops or grilled octopus, take a look at the cold Greek buffet inside, where you will be able to choose from house made selections of hummus, aubergine, and other typical delicacies. Do be aware that portions are large, an invitation to share, perhaps. Do not leave Mykonos without trying Kiki’s, and make sure you check opening hours since it closes just after the sun goes down and it has no electricity
