With two eateries in Paris, Claus is the perfect choice for a delicious breakfast. Your senses will be heightened as soon as you enter the place, by the inviting smell of freshly baked bread and pastries and the captivating windows and shelves displaying rows of cakes, cookies and many other sorts of pastries. If possible, try to go on weekends, as we did, and have the fixed menu for breakfast in three or four different options. Absolutely do not miss any of the choices with Eggs Benedict, probably the best we ever had, accompanied by asparagus rolled in more than perfect slices of crunchy bacon. A basket containing a selection of breads and croissants, as well as home made jams, will complete the meal. Service is very courteous and the staff take pride in being complimented on the delicious breakfast!
