This 3-starred Michelin restaurant is located in the upscale Sarriá-Sant Gervasi region in the ABaC Hotel (see our Where to Stay), a perfect location to escape from busy old town and seaside Barcelona. The experience is quite unique, sophisticated and certainly memorable. You will be greeted at entrance and taken to a lounge to savor amuses-bouches and cocktails. You will then be invited to choose the wine and will be taken to the cellar with the sommelier. Finally, you will reach the main dining room, where you can choose from a selection of delicately prepared and surprising dishes, mostly with modern and innovative techniques in tasting menus that may be paired with wines chosen by specialists. Options usually include delicacies such as mullets and boars, and spectacular desserts. The menu changes regularly. If Chef Jordi Cruz comes to the table (it happens sometimes) you will understand why this restaurant is considered the best gastro experience in town, we are told he puts his heart and soul into it.
