Aside from the excellent top-notch eating venues serving international cuisine, there are many unmissable Greek delicacies worth trying, like yoghurt, moussaka, octopus (served in many different ways), eggplant, olive oil, feta cheese, traditional Greek salads and the delicious regional fresh fruit. Restaurants offer all sorts of international food and Mediterranean staples are the order of the day. Also try some Greek wine, locals are really proud of it.
